Five Simple Steps to Achieve HAPPINESS
Last Wednesday, I gave a workshop on How to Achieve Happiness through the Power of Your Subconscious Mind; in other words, by using Self-Hypnosis. Everyone was so pleased with the workshop that I have decided to share it with you.
As I mentioned during the workshop, Happiness is simply the end-result of a well-balanced life-style. We achieve Happiness when we create harmony and balance in our family, relationships, health, career, finances, spirituality etc.
There are five simple steps that can help you to achieve HAPPINESS.
1. LOOK IN THE MIRROR
Ask yourself… “What am I tolerating or putting up with?” Think about your current situation and notice what feelings, thoughts or beliefs are limiting you.
2. IF IT’S BROKEN, DON’T FIX IT!
After realizing the things you’re “putting up” with then go ahead and release it.
Every second you invest in an undesired thought or feeling; the more powerful it becomes. In other words, you end up giving your power away to something else.
I use Self-Hypnosis or Meditation to release unwanted thoughts and feelings. I have a cool MP3 File on my website you can download that teaches you how to release.
3. VISUALIZE WHAT YOU WANT
Instead of thinking about what you don’t want, think about what you truly want. Years ago I would whine like a baby saying “I don’t want this or that…bla bla bla.” Ever since, I shifted my words to “I want,” so many wonderful things have happened.
I spend about 15 to 30 minutes every day visualizing how I want things in my life. It keeps me motivated and upbeat all day long.
4. ONE – TWO – THREE BREATHE
Once you stop breathing, you stop living. Make time to simply relax and breathe. Take few deep breaths during the day…when you’re agitated or stressed … when you’re happy or at peace. No matter what, simply breathe.
5. REMEMBER THE 3 R’S
Respect Yourself, Respect Others and Responsibility for all Your Actions.
